DigitalInfoApp provides email marketing campaign services including campaign design, delivery, list management, and analytics reporting. We act as a service provider sending emails on behalf of our clients to their opted-in contact lists.

Payment is required before campaign delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if no work has been initiated. Once a campaign has been designed and approved, no refunds are issued.
DigitalInfoApp reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion, including if we believe a campaign violates our policies or applicable law. We are not responsible for the content of campaigns or the actions of recipients.
DigitalInfoApp's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
